Fees, Policies for Insurance Reimbursement:

Appointments – Initial appointments are typically set by phone in advance and subsequent sessions can be set during the sessions. Office visits are typically 45-55 minutes. Appointment times are available Monday thru Friday 9:00 – 6:00. Failure to give at least 24-hour advanced notice of cancellation of an appointment is considered a no-show and you will be charged a $25 administration fee for the time reserved.

Fees – Cash office visits are $130 for the initial intake (to cover administrative costs) and $100 for each subsequent individual or couples session. Continuing Family Therapy is $120 per session.

Note: Many insurance company payments are accepted for office visits.

Insurance – Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-patient mental health services and what your deductible and co-pay is. You can also verify with them that I am "in network" with them. When setting an appointment, please confirm with my office that we accept your insurance. When applicable, my office will file insurance claims on your behalf. You are responsible for the co-pay and any deductible.
